Customer Profiles

Booking history and profile information are stored in the database to provide opportunities for relationship marketing.

Users can:

• View booking and brochure request history for specific customers
• Enter user-defined profile information for their customers: adverts responded to, general interests etc
• Produce tailored address lists for mailing etc
• Maintain agent records and commission information
• Link to postcode address systems for fast and accurate address creation (optional)
