Product Database

At the core of the TMS system is a database of user-defined products to which contract and content management information can then be added.

Users can:

  • Define accommodation of any type: hotels, villas, cruises, tours
  • Individually define room-types, occupancies, child age ranges for accommodation
  • Enter details of airlines and flight routes for which contract rates are held
  • Freely define ground supply categories relevant to their business - e.g. transfers, excursions, diving arrangements, wedding arrangements, car hire, visitor attraction or theatre tickets
  • Store detailed contract rates for all products including special offers and promotions
